Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. In some instances, tickets can be returned on a consignment basis where you would receive 100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them, minus expenses.

Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices and availability are subject to change at any time. All listed prices are guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed by Bruce’s Tickets. Online orders placed after 6:00 PM EST weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day.

When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place! Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can cause damage to some tickets.

If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rain out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. However, shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that there are no refunds issued if the event is postponed. If an event is postponed and the tickets you received from us will be honored for the new date of the show, then your original tickets will be valid for the new event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will accept the tickets back from you only on a consignment basis and you would receive 100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them, minus expenses. In the case of a rainout for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the venue for a seat to a future available game.

All listed ticket prices are in U.S. dollars and cents.

Shipping charges are calculated based upon the method selected.

Orders with ticket groups of two are guaranteed to be together. All other quantities are not guaranteed to be consecutive. All attempts will be made by Bruce’s Tickets to group seats according to requested quantity.

Category descriptions are general descriptions of a seating area and actual seat locations will fall within sections as indicated on a corresponding seating chart. All orders are non-transferable.

Although at Bruce’s Tickets we strive to exceed our customer’s expectations, in rare instances specific seat locations are not available. If the specific seats you have ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to provide you with tickets of the same or greater quality. If no comparable tickets are available, you will receive an email or phone call with alternative locations and pricing options.
